Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Prosperoo uses personal information when you browse our website, ask about our marketing services, use the project planner, book a call, or buy a WordPress template. Prosperoo is responsible for the information it collects through these activities.
For privacy questions or requests, use our contact page and include “Privacy request” in your message. Please share only the information needed for us to identify your enquiry, project plan, or order.
Information we collect
Enquiries. Your name, email address, business or website, chosen services, budget, project scope, timing, and the message you submit. The questions vary by service. Enquiries are delivered to our team by email; our email and hosting services may retain copies or delivery logs.
Project planner. To unlock your results, we ask for your name, email address, and permission to save your plan and contact you about it. We store your answers, recommended scopes and budgets, selected tier, consent wording, reference number, and submission dates in our website’s private records. Unlocking results does not send you an automated email or subscribe you to a newsletter.
Bookings. If you choose to book a discovery call, we also save the selected time, timezone, booking status, and related proposal. Booking emails and calendar invitations require the separate permission shown in that flow. When Google Calendar booking is enabled, the event and attendee details needed to arrange the call are shared with Google.
Purchases and reviews. When checkout is available, we collect the billing and contact details, items ordered, transaction status, and account information needed to process your purchase, deliver files, provide support, and keep order records. Payment providers handle payment details under their own privacy notices. If you submit a review, its approved text, rating, and display name may appear publicly.
Technical information. Our hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser details, access times, and error logs to deliver and protect the website. The enquiry form uses a temporary salted hash of an IP address to limit repeated attempts. Please do not submit passwords, full payment-card details, medical records, or other sensitive information in the planner or enquiry form.
How we use your information
We use information to answer questions, understand your requirements, prepare estimates or proposals, arrange calls, provide services, deliver purchases, manage support and reviews, and protect the website from misuse.
Depending on the activity and applicable law, we rely on your consent, steps you ask us to take before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in operating and securing our business. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it. A project enquiry or planner submission is not permission for unrelated newsletter or advertising messages.
Planner results are automated estimates based on your answers. They are recommendations, not a credit decision or a binding quote. A person reviews the scope with you before work is agreed.
Who may receive information
Access is limited to the people and service providers who need the information for the activities described here, such as website hosting, email delivery, calendar booking, payment processing, and order support. We may disclose information when lawfully required, or when necessary to establish or protect legal rights.
Providers may process information in countries other than yours. Their role and applicable safeguards depend on the service used. You can contact us for information about the providers involved in your enquiry, booking, or order.
Cookies and saved preferences
Your browser remembers your light/dark-mode and motion preferences in local storage. You can change them using the floating controls or clear them through your browser settings.
Shopping and account features, when enabled, use necessary cookies or sessions to keep your cart, sign-in, and checkout working. Disabling these can stop those features from functioning. The standard website features do not include advertising pixels or analytics trackers. If we introduce optional tracking, we will update this notice and provide any required choices before it is used.
Links, live demos, videos, and payment services on other websites follow those websites’ privacy practices. Opening them may share technical information with the destination service.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiries and project plans while they are needed to respond, discuss the project, and maintain the relevant business record. Booking and client records are kept while needed to arrange or deliver the service and resolve related questions. Order and accounting records may need to be kept longer to meet legal obligations or handle disputes.
Project planner records are not automatically deleted after a fixed period. Records are reviewed and removed through the website administration tools when no longer needed, unless retention is required by law or a legitimate unresolved matter. Copies in email, service-provider systems, or backups may follow separate retention schedules. Contact us to ask what is retained in your case or to request deletion.
How information is protected
The planner restricts lead records to authorized website administrators. Access controls, validation, and abuse-prevention measures help protect submissions. Hosting, account security, backups, and installed services also affect protection. No website, storage system, or email service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to your information, correction of inaccurate details, a copy in a usable format, or deletion or restriction of information we no longer need. You may also object to certain uses or withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Use our contact page to make a request or ask us to stop project follow-up. We may ask for limited information to verify your identity. Some records may be retained where required by law; if a request cannot be fully met, we will explain why.
