01 / YOUR QUESTIONS
Getting started
A good place to begin.
What can Prosperoo help with?
We bring together website design and development, content writing, social media posts and reels, SEO, and GEO. Start with the part your business needs most, or connect several services around one clear goal.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. Tell us what your business does, who you want to reach, and what feels stuck. A rough idea gives us somewhere to start; we can work through the priorities together.
Can I hire you for just one service?
Yes. You can start with a focused website, writing, social, or search project. We can also discuss how the pieces fit together if you need a broader plan.
What should I include in my enquiry?
Share your business or website, your main goal, the help you are considering, and any deadline or budget range. Examples you like are useful, but a complete brief is not required.
02 / YOUR QUESTIONS
Websites
From first click to next step.
Can you help with an existing website?
Yes. Share the URL and tell us what is not working for you. We can discuss whether focused improvements, new content, or a broader redesign would best address the problem.
Will I be able to edit my website?
For a WordPress website built with Gutenberg, page text, images, buttons, and blog posts can be edited through the block editor. We will identify the sections you need to manage and include editing guidance in the project scope.
Will the website work on phones and tablets?
Responsive layouts are part of the design approach. Navigation, content, forms, and calls to action should remain readable and usable across screen sizes.
Do I need all my website content ready first?
No. We can help plan the pages and write the copy. Existing brand materials, service details, images, and examples will help us understand what is already available.
04 / YOUR QUESTIONS
SEO & GEO
Useful answers. Better discovery.
What is the difference between SEO and GEO?
SEO focuses on making your website understandable and useful for search engines and the people using them. GEO considers how your expertise is presented for discovery through AI-generated answers. Clear information, useful content, and a sound website support both.
Can you guarantee a number-one ranking or an AI mention?
No. Search rankings and AI-generated answers are controlled by systems outside our control. We can improve the foundations and content, track agreed signals, and explain what the evidence shows.
How quickly will we see results?
There is no single timeline. Your starting point, competition, content, technical issues, and the work involved all matter. We can set review points and realistic priorities after understanding the site.
Can SEO and GEO work with our existing content?
Yes. Existing pages can be a useful starting point. We can identify unclear answers, missing context, outdated information, and opportunities to make the content more helpful.
05 / YOUR QUESTIONS
Project planning
Clear expectations from the start.
How much will my project cost?
Pricing depends on the scope, deliverables, complexity, and ongoing support you need. Share your priorities and an approximate budget if you have one so we can discuss a suitable approach.
How long does a project take?
Timing depends on the amount of work, content readiness, feedback, and any technical requirements. Tell us about a launch date early so the proposed scope and schedule can account for it.
How do feedback and revisions work?
We agree the deliverables, review stages, and included revisions as part of the project scope. Clear, consolidated feedback helps keep the work moving in the right direction.
What happens after the project is finished?
Handover and ongoing support should be clear in the proposal. If you need continued publishing, content, website updates, or search work, tell us so those needs can be planned together.
STILL HAVE A QUESTION?
Let’s untangle
it together.
Tell us a little about what you have in mind. We’ll help you find the next step.
